Restaurant invoice payment-status reporting

Restaurant invoice payment-status reporting for hospitality operators.

Review paid, unpaid and partially paid purchase records within the venue’s invoice register.

Keep payment status separate from invoice value

Paid and unpaid invoices can both represent recorded purchase costs. A change in payment status should not create a second expense. Review invoice number, supplier and date to preserve one financial record per purchase.

Filter exposure by category and supplier

An unpaid total is more useful when management can identify the categories and suppliers behind it. Use the same date window for the register and its summary. Partial-payment status should not be treated as a bank-verified outstanding balance without payment detail.

Use the report as a review queue

The register supports follow-up on recorded payment exposure and source documents. It is not an automatic bank reconciliation or supplier-statement reconciliation system. Confirm payment evidence before communicating an overdue balance.

Questions

What operators usually ask.

Can Hosporiq confirm a bank transfer has cleared?

The purchase workflow records payment information entered by users. Bank-clearing verification requires a separate accounting or banking process.

How can we review this with our own venue workflow?
