Agree the report scope before delivery
An executive email should identify the venue or group, reporting date and included metrics. A combined group email and a venue-only email answer different questions. Access scope must remain consistent with the intended audience.
Preserve the distinction between submission and delivery
A successfully saved service report and a successfully delivered email are separate outcomes. Verify both during onboarding. Delivery depends on the configured mail service and credentials; a reporting dashboard cannot guarantee every recipient’s inbox placement.
Use attachments that match the summary
PDF and Excel exports should represent the selected period and venue scope. Review the live output before scheduling a recurring management email. A compact email is most useful when the figures can be traced to the submitted reports.
